Summary:  Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary taproom by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Restocks supplies to ensure an efficient flow throughout service.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the taproom and patio.  Sweeping, arranging tables and chairs, sanitizing tables and
  • chairs, picking up and throwing away trash.
  • Replaces, changes, and transports the trash to dumpsters.
  • Stores patio furniture at the end of the day.
  • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Washes, polishes, and stores glassware.
  • Maintains clean and fully stocked restrooms.
  • Changes television channels per customer or bartender requests.
  • Assists with event set up and tear down.
  • Assists with minor repairs.
  • Organizes storage areas, FIFO breaks down boxes and takes them to recycle.
  • Assists team members as needed.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Digital Dining software.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
