Summary: Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary taproom by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Restocks supplies to ensure an efficient flow throughout service.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the taproom and patio. Sweeping, arranging tables and chairs, sanitizing tables and
- chairs, picking up and throwing away trash.
- Replaces, changes, and transports the trash to dumpsters.
- Stores patio furniture at the end of the day.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Washes, polishes, and stores glassware.
- Maintains clean and fully stocked restrooms.
- Changes television channels per customer or bartender requests.
- Assists with event set up and tear down.
- Assists with minor repairs.
- Organizes storage areas, FIFO breaks down boxes and takes them to recycle.
- Assists team members as needed.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Digital Dining software.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
