The CHBC team is very excited to welcome everyone back to the taproom!
Covid 19 Guidelines in place until further notice
mask are required to enter and when not seated
In addition to our standard sanitation and cleanliness policies at CHBC, the following measures have been put in place to keep our customers and team safe. These guidelines are required and enforced by the State of Ohio, CDC, and our local Health Department.
Please visit the App Store on your smart device and download the Arryved app. This app will allow you to start and pay your tab right from your device. You will still be able to start and close a tab with a team member if you choose. All orders will still need to be placed with your server.
See the hostess/host when you arrive to be seated. At least 50% of your party must be present before you will be seated. Once maximum occupancy has been reached we will ask you to wait in your car and we will text/call you when your table is ready. To-go orders will be accepted at the hostess/host stand and brought to you. No walk up orders will be accepted at the bar.
Per State requirements, all tables will be placed 6’ apart, and no groups larger than 10 will be permitted to sit together. To maintain the proper table distances we ask that you do not move any tables or chairs out of their designated area without the help of a CHBC team member. Please be mindful of other’s personal space and practice social distancing.
Hand sanitizer stations will be easily accessible for customers and staff.
Team Members will be properly wearing face coverings unless an exemption has been approved by CHBC management per the Ohio Department of Heath Responsible RestartOhio Regulations. Customers are required to wear face coverings to enter and when not seated NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hands-free foot pulls have been installed on the front door and the back patio door. These are the same foot pulls you have always seen in our restrooms.
CHBC will continue to follow the Brewers Association Guidelines for handling and filling growlers and glassware. Growlers will be checked for cleanliness then properly rinsed and sanitized prior to filling. Visibly dirty growlers will be refused. Carry out beer will also be available in disposable 32oz Crowler cans.
Free sample pours will be temporarily suspended. If you would like to try a beer we encourage you to purchase a 5oz pour.
As always all industry health department guidelines will continue to be strictly followed. Including but not limited to sanitizing seating and tables between each guest, frequent sanitizing of contact points and surfaces, and frequent hand washing.
We would like to thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate these new COVID requirements. The safety and comfort of our team and customers have always been and will remain our top priority. WE HAVE MISSED YOU…WELCOME BACK…Cheers!
